(Set of 5 Wheels + Lug Nuts) Titan7 Wheels answers the call to build a wheel set for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500XD / Ekko chassis that is not only stronger, but is more capable of higher load limits in excess of 12,000lb GVW. 

How do you improve a super single that already maxes out the standard for 17in tire load capacity? You step it up to the next level. With a 19.5in wheel, a commercial truck tire increases the load from the standard 3970lb load rating of an E-load tire, to nearly 5,000lbs or even 5,500lbs per tire (245/70/19.5 or 265/70/19.5) H/G load. 

Through careful selection, Toyo Tires was once again chosen to supply the M655 Urban/Offroad tires for their superior on & offroad capability. This tire has a comfortable highway ride at 70-80psi, and can safely be aired down to 35-45psi offroad while maintaining a higher load rating than a comparable 295/70/17 size tire. The M655 has a unique dual feature with a Steer & Drive tread that most commercial truck tires do not offer. This tire is durable, quiet, and boast exceptional performance in ice and snow (Three-Peak Mountain Snow Flake rating).

Damaged Items

All shipments must be inspected within 24hrs of delivery for damages. If there is a damaged item, please provide detailed pictures of the shipping box/pallet, as well as the area of damage on the product(s). This time frame is strictly enforced by Shadowmarq. Anything outside of the 24hr inspection window will be routed to the manufacturer for handling at their discretion. Thank you for understanding. Report damaged items via email at productinfo@shadowmarq.com.


Returns

If you wish to return a product, you must request a return authorization by emailing us at productinfo@shadowmarq.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.


Once your return request is received, we will review it and notify you if it has been approved. Please note that if your return is accepted, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the product you received is incorrect or damaged. If you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged, please contact us at productinfo@shadowmarq.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive the correct or replacement product as quickly as possible. All exchange-related shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise determined by Shadowmarq.
