Orders may be cancelled if the item has not yet been shipped. Shadowmarq does not initiate any claims with carriers.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging. The original sales invoice must accompany the return. No refunds or exchanges will be offers for items over 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
All shipping and other fees associated with a return are up to, and will be charged to the customer. A restocking fee may apply.
Shadowmarq does not initiate any claims with carriers. We do not guarantee the receipt of the returned item and suggest purchasing shipping insurance and tracking.
