Damaged Items
All shipments must be inspected within 24hrs of delivery for damages. If there is a damaged item, please provide detailed pictures of the shipping box/pallet, as well as the area of damage on the product(s). This time frame is strictly enforced by Shadowmarq. Anything outside of the 24hr inspection window will be routed to the manufacturer for handling at their discretion. Thank you for understanding. Returns
If you wish to return a product, you must request a return authorization by emailing us at productinfo@shadowmarq.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.
Once your return request is received, we will review it and notify you if it has been approved. Please note that if your return is accepted, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless the product you received is incorrect or damaged. If you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged, please contact us at productinfo@shadowmarq.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive the correct or replacement product as quickly as possible. All exchange-related shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise determined by Shadowmarq.
