Load Capacity – 250#'s off road 500#'s on road and 1000#'s static "evenly distributed across 2 load bars". NOTE: Adding extra load bars does not increase the load capacity but provides additional support for larger rooftop tents.

Returns
If you wish to return a product, you must request a return authorization by emailing us at productinfo@shadowmarq.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.
Once your return request is received, we will review it and notify you if it has been approved. Please note that if your return is accepted, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.

We do not offer exchanges unless the product you received is incorrect or damaged. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive the correct or replacement product as quickly as possible.
